About Tremolofy
Helping Organizations Turn Complexity Into Clarity
Organizations rarely struggle because they lack ideas, data, or talented people.
More often, they struggle because knowledge is fragmented, processes evolve faster than they can be documented, customer insights remain trapped in disconnected systems, and teams lack a shared framework for making decisions.
That’s where I help.
I’m Kris Kieper, founder of Tremolofy Advisory and a Fractional Systems, Product & Intelligence Advisor. I help organizations transform customer insight, operational knowledge, analytics, and AI into scalable systems, measurable outcomes, and sustainable growth.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, product, operations, intelligence, and enablement—helping leaders move from ambiguity to alignment and from isolated initiatives to integrated systems.

Tremolofy Advisory Services is focused on helping clients:
- Be realistic and intentional about where their team or business is at and where it is not
- Enable teams to better communicate and align around priorities, goals and strategies
- Identify problems and raise awareness of the need for change
- Uncover subtle trends and patterns toward repeatable, lightweight, efficient processes
- Recommend and inspire incremental changes to help move your business forward
Why Tremolofy?
The name Tremolofy is inspired by the musical term tremolo—the rapid alternation between notes that creates movement, energy, and momentum.
That idea reflects how I approach consulting.
Organizations are constantly navigating change: new technologies, shifting customer expectations, evolving business models, and increasing operational complexity. Success often comes from recognizing subtle signals, connecting seemingly unrelated ideas, and creating momentum from uncertainty.
The loon in the Tremolofy logo reflects my home in northern Minnesota, while the musical inspiration reflects my belief that strategy, technology, data, and people create their greatest impact when they work together in harmony.
Tremolofy represents movement, adaptability, curiosity, and the belief that meaningful progress comes from understanding patterns and creating clarity.
What I Do
Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked across consulting, digital strategy, customer success, product operations, business intelligence, organizational transformation, and SaaS leadership.
I’ve helped startups prepare for funding, guided enterprise software organizations through growth and acquisition, built customer intelligence frameworks, redesigned operating models, created benchmark platforms, developed business performance frameworks, modernized analytics environments, and implemented AI-enabled workflows.
While every engagement is different, my work generally focuses on four areas:
Strategic Framework Development
Helping organizations define how they measure success, evaluate maturity, prioritize investments, and align stakeholders around a common direction.
Examples include customer maturity models, adoption frameworks, value realization methodologies, growth strategies, pricing frameworks, and organizational assessments.
Product & Platform Strategy
Helping organizations transform expertise, services, and customer insight into scalable products, platforms, and operating models.
Examples include product operations, benchmark platforms, onboarding frameworks, customer engagement systems, productization strategies, and service transformation initiatives.
Intelligence & Analytics
Helping organizations create confidence in decision-making through measurement systems, business intelligence, customer intelligence, forecasting models, and analytics modernization.
Examples include KPI frameworks, benchmark reporting, customer intelligence systems, performance modeling, forecasting tools, and data strategy initiatives.
AI-Enabled Systems
Helping organizations apply AI in practical ways that improve analysis, documentation, knowledge management, decision-making, workflow design, and operational efficiency.
Examples include Claude-assisted research and analysis, AI-supported framework development, Lovable applications, workflow automation, and knowledge system design.
How I Work
My approach combines systems thinking, curiosity, collaboration, and practical execution.
I believe the best solutions emerge when business goals, customer needs, operational realities, and data are considered together rather than in isolation.
Whether I’m facilitating stakeholder interviews, creating strategic frameworks, analyzing customer behaviors, designing operational systems, or helping teams adopt AI-enabled workflows, my focus remains the same:
Create clarity.
Build alignment.
Design practical systems.
Enable measurable progress.
Career Highlights
Over the past 20+ years, my work has followed a consistent theme: helping organizations create clarity, build scalable systems, and turn insight into action. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to view business challenges from several distinct perspectives:

Agency: Built and scaled consulting and delivery organizations while leading digital strategy, operations, client services, and organizational transformation initiatives.
SaaS Scale-Up: Led Product Operations, Customer Operations, and Global Customer Success while creating customer intelligence, adoption, maturity, and value realization frameworks that supported product-led growth, customer retention, and acquisition readiness.
Enterprise SaaS: Served as Vice President of Product Operations and Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer, helping align product strategy, operations, customer intelligence, analytics, and organizational priorities across a global SaaS organization.
Fractional Advisor: Today, I help organizations transform customer insight, operational knowledge, analytics, and AI into scalable systems, measurable outcomes, and sustainable growth through advisory, consulting, and fractional leadership engagements.

Beyond Consulting
Outside of my consulting work, I’m also a fiber artist creating landscape-inspired artwork influenced by Minnesota’s North Shore, the Boundary Waters, and the wilderness areas of northern Minnesota.
While consulting and art may seem unrelated, both involve the same underlying discipline: observing patterns, understanding relationships, simplifying complexity, and creating something meaningful from many interconnected pieces.
Whether I’m building a strategic framework or creating a felted landscape, the process begins the same way—with curiosity, careful observation, and a desire to bring clarity to complexity.
